This book proved a worthy successor to the second book, Dragon Rider. Here, the reader shares various different perspectives on the same situation. I don't want to spoil any of the tension David Burrows creates in this brilliant story. Let it suffice to say that there are some dark and challenging times here. Throughout the Prophecy of the Kings the author keeps you turning pages to find out what will happen next.
My only disappointment was in reaching the end!
