Wow. What to say? A very long film and a little slow initially. Some excellent action sequences on a very grand scale. I enjoyed this and it is certainly entertaining. Superman is given a dynamic introduction to the world and it is handled well. Some of the storyline reminded me of Christopher Reeves' films, I forget which one and wouldn't want to say too much as a spoiler. It is worth seeing and I can't see why the reviewers were harsh with it. As I say, it is entertainment on a grand scale. I did like Christopher Reeve and Henry Cavil lacked his warmth, but given the director that's hardly surprising. Overall, very good in my opinion.
